Three Feast Significant To The Church
The Feast Of Pentecost, The feast Of Rosh ha Shannah and The Feast Of Yom Kippur Also Called The First Trumpet, The Last Trump And The Great Trumpet
In this message we will clear up some toxic arguments among brothers and sisters about the Rapture and the Second Coming.
The significance between these three feast are directly link to the Exhortation, the Rapture and the Second Coming of the Messiah
Three Separate Feast / Three Separate Events
One of these three feast were already fulfilled. This is called; “The Feast of Pentecost” or “The First Trumpets”. Plural.
First we know that Jesus was born on the Feast of Tabernacles. He was crucified on Feast of Passover, and buried during the days of Unleavened Bread. Jesus rose again on the Feast of First Fruits on the morrow after the sabbath, this is for most part common knowledge among evangelicals.
But somehow in our study of prophecy, we think that God changed His agenda in the Old Testament, the New Testament was the fulfillment of prophecy about Christ the Messiah coming, confirming the prophecies of the Old Testament. What does God say? Did God change His mind about how things in prophecy would unfold?
Does God Lie?
Num 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? KJV
Does He Change?
Mal 3:6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. KJV
History Always Repeats Itself
Eccl 1:9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
10 Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us. KJV
Now Three times in the year the Trumpet Blowing in Israel that are significant to the church.
God’s purpose of the trumpet blowing at the feast
1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps. KJV
So Why is this relevant to the us in the church today?
In the events that took place in the exhortation, which the world heard audibly, was for the calling together of the church, God was getting ready to move them…..There are two trumpet calls that are yet to take place or be fulfilled and the world will hear them audibly also……..This will get exciting
Now some history
The blowing of the trumpets always took place in the SW corner of the Temple. When these trumpets and shofars are blown, they are called by name The First Trump, The Last Trump, and The Great Trump, three different Feast Days, three separate events.
Remember history always repeats itself, so let us look at the a Feast event that already happened, so we can see what God will do in the future.
The First Trump: blown in the Feast Of Pentecost / Shavuot (A spring feast) The Exhortation as seen in Exodus 19:19 Blown on the 6th day of the month (the sacred calendar month “Sivan”) solar calendar May-June.
Did the World hear it?
19 And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice. KJV
This Great Event took Place (already happened)
This Was The Exhortation When the Jews were led out of Egypt By Moses at the foot of the Mt. Sinai.
* Notice that when this took place all heard the sound of the of God’s voice as a Trumpet. They heard God’s Voice Audibly.
Note: This is very important further on in this teaching
The next trumpet blowing is called “The Last Trump”
The Feast Day of Rosh ha Shannah (2 days of the sacred month of “Tishri (1)” The Jewish People call this “The Long Day” solar calender month Sept-Oct. This a ( Fall Feast) The New Year that begins at the sighting of the New Moon.
When they Celebrate the blowing of the trumpets, The First Trump (Pentecost) and The Great Trump (Yom Kippur which we will get to latter on) the order of the trumpets is two silver trumpets (plural) and a rams horn in the center.
Note: in the blowing of The Last Trump that we are covering now , the order is reversed in this manner – 2 rams horns and the silver (singular) horn in the middle, this also becomes important.
Paul said this:
1 Cor 15:51
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, KJV
He said “I shew you a great mystery”, NOT this is a mystery, he shewed it to us…………
Then he said; “we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed” we shall not all sleep
sleep in the Greek
definition: To be dead
koimao (koy-mah’-o); from NT:2749; to put to sleep, i.e. (passively or reflexively) to slumber; figuratively, to decease:
We will NOT ALL be dead when this happens ( saying that IN THIS GENERATION , some will not go by way of the grave.
but we will ALL BE CHANGED (take on a heavenly body, a incorruptible body
1 Cor 15:53
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. KJV
This Great Event is yet to happen 1 Corinthians 15:52 and Rev 4:1 “Prophecy”
1 Cor 15:52
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. KJV
John was of the Rapture in Rev 4:1
4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. KJV
Notice in the above scriptures are referring to a (singular) Trump or Trumpet.
So what Feast Day will this Event take place? Rosh Ha Shannah!
This Event will be “The Rapture” and will happen during Rosh ha Shannah!
And we will hear the sound of Last Trump heard audibly!
We will break here and pick this in
Don’t miss Part Two deals with the famous last words you always hear
Now How Can This Be…Jesus said; “No man know the day or the hour”, Right?
Matt 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. KJV
